Areas that attract heavy amounts of traffic require more care for cleaning service (in addition certain carpet manufacturers have stipulations for warranty). If a customer signs for a ‘Regular Schedule Cleaning Deal’, they will receive a bonus discount reward.

NO SHOWS
In event of an “NO Show,” on a schedule appointment and no communication has been made by the client (One Grace Period Hour), the client will be charged $45.00, for servicemen time and travel.
ONE HOUR GRACE WINDOW
We strive to be on time for each appointment, however circumstances can occur which may cause delays. In event thereof we shall inform the customer and the client can determine either to keep the appointment, re-schedule or cancel with no fees applied.

REFUND POLICY
We guarantee to give you our best professional cleaning for your carpets and upholstery. However, certain stains conditions and odors may require a second visit to reveal satisfactory results. Which may have been expressed by the serviceperson. This does not ensue any additional charges.
Refunds or Partial Refunds are given to the customer for impair service, equipment malfunctioning or prorated.
